what to expect
The work and transformation begin with the first session. Before the initial visit, clients fill out a short questionnaire so we can get right to the heart of some key concerns immediately. My intention is to give a maximal amount of time for healing and transformation in every session. Sessions are 1 hour for individuals and 1 hour 15 minutes for couples and families. I utilize skills to support clients in experiencing grounding, presence, healthy boundaries, and an internal sense of self. Through breathwork, clients learn how to get into the same energetic they might feel from exercise, yoga or sex, and hold on to it for constancy throughout their lives. Clients learn to track the interruptions that knock them out of their bodies. I offer tools for healing negative thought patterns, self-abandonment, and reactivity. Clients identify and eliminate coping strategies that create a "false self.” Our work together opens the door to internal wellbeing and authentic expression and aliveness.
