60 minute session

While most psychotherapists offer a 45 - 50 minute session, I do not find that block of time to be the most effective. I am committed to supporting my clients in reaching their goals as quickly and effectively as possible, and those last 10 minutes offer us time to anchor in the shifts experienced during the session.

I offer a reduced fee for students enrolled in the IBP Training Program. Reduced fees services are available for other clients when there is a need.

For couples, family therapy, and individuals who want to accelerate the work I recommend either a 75 minute session for $200 or a 90 minute session for $240.

A 60 minute session available upon request for clients who do not live in the area or for local clients who prefer it.

cancellation policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
